This great trip hosted by National Geographic/Time-Life photographer Layne Kennedy has a dogsledding itinerary similar to our 4-night trips but involves Layne's hands-on help for getting your best possible photos. Plus an extra 5th day of van travel to area sites of scenic & historic interest for more photo tips & shoots.
4-night Yoga Dogsled Vacation

Dogsled YOGA Adventure

pm Wed Mar 4 to am Sun Mar 8, $1875/adult  This trip combines our deluxe 4-night dogsled vacation with 2 yoga classes daily by expert Rachel Leshaw. Mornings (after optional sunrise kennel care) will start with an invigorating vinyasa class suitable for all abilities. We’ll spend the days on snowy dogsled adventures and return to our peaceful lakeshore lodge in the late afternoons for a calming yoga class. Evening yoga sessions may include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and kirtan (devotional singing.) This trip features 3 days of guided dogsledding and a variety of other snow-country fun. 5-night Dogsled & CME Learning Adventure

CME Dogsled Adventure for Docs

​pm Sun Feb 8 to am Fri Feb 13, $2900 This retreat combines a lodge-based dogsledding vacation with an extraordinary CME experience! This course has been designed by family physician Tom Viren who works in emergency rooms in northern Minnesota and has experience living and guiding in remote wilderness settings.  Please note that this is not a Wilderness Medicine Course, but rather focuses on topics most providers will find useful in our daily practices and is taught in a wilderness setting.
